Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Always the best! Love the atmosphere. Fresh, delicious food. Also, so appreciate the ownersβ dedication to farm to table, giving back, community, and sustainability. One of the first times I went, the restaurant was closed, but the owner saw us peering in and fed us anyway. Never forgot the kindness nor the food and it became our favorite place. The pictures are my two favorites.

We stopped here on a return trip from the Finger Lakes back home to Pennsylvania. Although reservations are required (We missed that part in n the listing!), the owner welcomed us with open arms. It was a two person operation, which made it even more charming. While we waited for our food to be lovingly prepared, we were taken on a nostalgic trip about the origins of the establishment via photos, autographs, and handwritten letters displayed everywhere. Not only was the restaurant charming and the owner/cook/server a delight, the fresh handmade food was DELICIOUS! There was also an array of homemade goods available for purchase to take home! Donβt miss this hidden gem!

It took my wife and I too many years to make it Whole in the Wall, and we finally made a reservation for Valentine's weekend. Adrianna greeted us warmly, and helped walk us through the questions we had about the menu. As vegetarians, the number of options we had to choose from was heart-warming! The mushroom soup was exquisite, as was everything we ordered. We stopped over by the kitchen to get some Pesto to take home, and had a nice chat with Chef Elliot. You want to get to the Whole in the Wall as soon as you can. Don't wait any longer!

Whole in the Wall is the definition of cozy, welcoming dining in Binghamton. The warm atmosphere pairs perfectly with their fresh, homemade food. The Mediterranean platter was vibrant and flavorful crisp falafel, creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, and refreshing tzatziki with fresh veggies. The scallops were beautifully seared and served with tender mushrooms in a rich, buttery sauce. Even the fried broccoli were light and crispy, and the mushroom soup was creamy and comforting. The garlic roll? Warm, buttery, and unforgettable. Whether youβre craving something hearty or something fresh, Whole in the Wall delivers delicious, feel-good food every time. A true local gem. π

I'm a long time southside resident, never eat at chain restaurants, but also never tried The Whole In The Wall Restaurant. Man have we been missing out. Eliot put a FB post out and I read it on Fri morning, we picked the spot for dinner and it didnt disappoint! I had the special enchilada, the taste matched the presentation! All the flavors blended perfectly. My wife had the scallops and she thoroughly enjoyed them as well! We also did cups of the mushroom soup, top 1 or 2 in the area for sure! Eliot also made a point to come out and introduce himself, discuss some of the ingredients and crawl under the table to fix the wobble. There is nothing this guy cant do! We didn't walk out of there stuffed like some other dinners, but rather perfectly full! I'll take quality over quantity every day! Stop in and show them some love!
